DJ Capital – Hell of a Life Ft. Reason & AB Crazy
DJ Capital gives us a soulful Hip Hop track where he introduce us to the party life. For the track ‘Hell of a Life’ the DJ hooked up with Reason and AB Crazy. AB Crazy has an unique singing voice and you can hear him on the hook. Reason drops two hot verses. In the video you can see all the three guys on a good day and night.
Nadia Nakai – Money Back
Nadia Nakai calls herself the African Rap Queen. She was signed to the label of Cassper Nyovest this year. After some dope featurings, this is her first solo video on her new label Family Tree Records. The track ‘Money Back’ is a trap banger. The dope beat comes from Playground Productions. Do some headbanging on this track.
Ma-E – Lie 2 Me Ft. AKA
The track ‘Lie 2 Me’ comes from Ma-E his solo debut album ‘Township Counsellor’ that was released in march this year. It is the fourth video of the album but already the best watched video. Probably the featuring of South Africa’s most popular rapper AKA helped a lot with getting views. Brian Soko, Mr Kamera and Ma-E himself produced this track. Great collaboration of the two South African rappers.
Iceberg Slim – Wave Ft. Davido
‘I put my city on another wave’. This is how Iceberg Slim opens his new track ‘Wave’. This bragging track is a fresh one with a lot of auto-tune. For a long time we didn’t hear Davido rapping and he drops a good verse on this track. Adey produced this track. The only Nigerian hip hop track this time.
DreamTeam – Svunguvungu Ft. Abdus
‘Svunguvungu’ is the fourth video of the debut of DreamTeam. The album ‘Dreams Never Die’ was released in 2015 and the album contains some hits. The feeling of this track is more oldskool because of the dope beat. Abdus also drops a verse.
So this were the African Hip Hop tracks of this time. Enjoy the music and share because the music deserves way more exposure than it gets now!
